We are out of testing and back in the classroom. Today, students created rubrics to assess their own artwork. Students create finished artwork in which they choose medium and subject matter. With a wide-range of products it's challenging to develop an effective assessment method. I use a rubric in which I establish how 50 points are assessed and students establish the other 50. I've included some resources that I use with my students to help them develop their rubric.
